Welcome to Tifansi (the “Platform”), provided to you by Tifansi Pty Ltd (ABN: 676148940) and is for private, non-commercial use. For purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services. When we say “we”, “us” or “our” we refer to Tifansi entities and staff.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our Platform. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Platform.
Virtual items are provided by our Platform for users that have created an online account with us. Virtual items are used to interact with content, enter into online competitions, gift to other users and purchase items. It is open to eligible users of the Services who are aged 18 or older and is subject to the following terms and conditions of this Virtual Items Policy. If you are between the ages of 18 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only participate in the Virtual items with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Virtual Items Policy.
Who is eligible to participate in the Virtual items?
Users who have a registered account with Tifansi.
Users under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, may use Virtual items with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Select users, aged 18 or above may use Virtual items. Such users shall be selected exclusively at the discretion of the Platform on the basis of various criteria including their track record in creating quality content, number of followers etc.
Only users 18 years old or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) can buy Tifo's, Tifotix and purchase items on our Platform using Tifo's, withdrawing or converting Tifo's to Tifotix.
Tifo's
What is a Tifo?
A “Tifo” or “Tifo’s” are Tifansi’s virtual currency. Think of it as a Tifansi dollar. You can use Tifo’s in our platform to purchase Tifotix, merchandise or experiences.
Who can buy Tifo’s?
Eligible Users: Users who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their location) can purchase virtual "Tifo’s" using authorised payment methods through our platform.
Purchasing Tifo’s
Price and Payment: The price of Tifo’s will be shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed in the specified currency using the chosen payment method. Any currency exchange fees, foreign transaction fees, or payment channel fees are determined by your agreement with the payment provider. Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.
Purchase Responsibility: You are responsible for all Tifo purchases. Once your purchase is complete, the Tifo's will be added to your user account.
Purchase Changes: To request changes to your purchase, please contact us. We'll let you know if the change is possible and how it may affect the price or other aspects of your purchase. Please note that if you're located in the European Union, your right to cancel a purchase may be limited after the Tifo's are delivered to your account.
Using Tifo's: Tifo's can be used to buy Tifotix or items in our platform.
Using Tifo's on Our Platform: Tifo's can only be used on our platform and for our services. You can't mix them with other deals or offers unless we say so.
No Sharing Tifo's: You cannot give, transfer or sell Tifo's to anyone else unless we say it's okay.
Tifo's are NOT Property: Tifo's don't belong to you like property. You can't pass them on when you die or use them in legal matters.
Tifo's Expire: Your Tifo's will only disappear when you use them to purchase TifoTix or items, we cancel your account or if you delete your account.
We Can Change Tifo's: We can change or stop using Tifo's if we need to. We'll let you know if we do this and refund you the value of your current Tifo's.
Tifotox
What is a Tifotix?
Tifotix are virtual items available on our platform to users. Tifotix are Tifansi’s competition entry tickets. You can purchase Tifotix with Tifo's on our platform. We will give you an allocated number of Tifotix when you create an account, as part of your subscription, as part of one off Tifansi Perk pack purchases and when you perform certain activities on our platform as well as our affiliated partner apps.
Pricing
The exchange rate between your Tifo's and Tifotix is shown when you make a purchase.
Refunds and Returns
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. Once you exchange your Tifo's for a Tifotix, the Tifotix or Tickets are credited to your account and cannot be converted back to Tifo's or money.
Using Tifotix
You use Tifotix to enter our competitions to win prizes.
